Yesterday, corresponding to Thursday, 12/7/2023, the scientific session was held to discuss the first master’s thesis in the Department of Educational Media, presented by Researcher/ Agabi Zakaria_ Teaching assistant in the department – which was entitled “The effectiveness of shadow theater performances of (Mime) in enhancing national belonging among students with special needs.” .
The discussion and judgment committee was consited of:
Prof. Mahmoud Hassan Ismail – Professor of Media, Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood – Ain Shams University – Chairman and Supervisor
Prof. Mohamed Abdel-Hamid Rashid –Dean of Faculty of Specific Education _ Aswan University _ internal discussant.
Prof. Amr Mohamed Abdalla Nahla – Assistant Professor of Child Theater – Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood – Ain Shams University – external discussant.
Prof. Hisham Foly Abdel-Moez – Assistant Professor of Educational Media and Head of the Department at Faculty of Specific Education _ Aswan University _Member and Supervisor.
At the end of the scientific session, the committee recommended granting the researcher a master’s degree with distinction, along with recommending that the thesis to be exchanged between universities.
The scientific session was attended by Faculty deans, department heads, a group of Academic staff at Faculty of Specific Education, and a number of students and researchers.
