On Sunday, December 14, 2025, the scientific session was held to discuss the Master’s thesis submitted by researcher Kermina Malak in the Department of Art Education. The thesis was entitled ” Combining silkscreen and heat transfer to create tactile effects inspired by Nubian art.”
The Discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Samira Abdel Fattah El-Sherif – Professor of Textile Printing, Former Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Member of the Promotions Committee – Cairo University – Chair and Supervisor
Prof. Talaat Abdel-Motaal Shehata – Professor of Printed Design, Head of the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Specific Education, South Valley University, and Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dilmun University, Bahrain – Member and Discussant
Prof. Rania Ahmed Reda Moussa – Assistant Professor of Design and Head of the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Specific Education, Aswan University – Member and Discussant
Prof. Sally El-Hariri, Assistant Professor of Textile Printing at the Faculty of Specific Education, Aswan University, and Director of the Masar Center for Entrepreneurship, served as a member and supervisor. At the end of the scientific session, the committee recommended awarding the researcher a Master’s degree in Specific Education, specializing in Art Education. The session was attended by a number of Aademic staff, their assistants, and many students from the Faculty.
