Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghellab Mohamed, declared that the doctors ’degrees will be provided as soon as possible
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab – emphasized on overcoming all obstacles facing medical staff and work group and solve them especially that the medical staff as a buffer against covid 19, we all stand behind the white army to overcome the ordeal of university hospital, and this will lead to a better medical service, wishing a speedy recovery for all patients and Egypt would overcome the ordeal and may Allah obliterate the scourge.
Dr/ Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshori_ Faculty of medicine and chairman of hospital’s board of directors added the university hospital is working with all its power starting from today (Saturday), demanding Aswan people to stand behind university hospital administration and supporting it.
Dr. Ashraf Mebed _executive director of Aswan University hospitals_ indicated that the hospital started today to receive the patients in the hospital, after completing sterilization and disinfection works for all hospital departments in collaboration between Aswan University and Armed forces. This comes after the decision of closing the hospital more than a week, after more than 20 positive cases of corona virus have appeared among medical and nursing staff inside the hospital.
Dr. Ashraf Mebed said that all the precautionary, preventive measures have been taken, sterilization and disinfection tools were provided for each physician inside the hospital, all the assistive staff and hospital employees for their safety and also the safety of all visitors of the hospital.
He pointed out that the hospital started to receive the cases through the emergency and reception departments and performing number of surgical operation postponed since 8 am today.
He added that a special system was set for entering and leaving the hospital through the hospital gates allowed entering and exiting, and that in frame of precautionary measures.
