Aswan University continues to host Egyptians returning from Sudan

Aswan University continues in its national role towards Egyptians returning from the brotherly Sudan.

Aswan university president confirmed that as part of state concern of its people abroad and to work for their return to the homeland and implementing to the directives of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Aswan University worked on providing decent living conditions and outstanding medical service for Egyptians returning from abroad whereas all rooms were equipped and furnished with fans, water coolers and TV screens and home appliances.

Prof. Ghallab added that all preventive and precautionary measures have been implemented in University hostels and following sterilization works and providing all protection means from masks and gloves to keep everyone safe in university hostels.

Prof. Ghallab indicated that the number of stranded persons returning from brotherly republic of Sudan reached to 92 citizens that they have been hosted at academic staff rest and university hostels in Aswan University. Whereas 24 rooms have been provided for accommodation and the guesthouse is fully equipped for quarantine with providing all amenities,

and that in frame of the efforts of the state and the ministry of higher education and scientific research in providing places for quarantine for Egyptians returning from abroad, according to high medical requirement that can keep the safety of citizens returning from abroad until the virus incubation period ends to prevent infection, in addition to that there are 49 persons in the guesthouse in Sahary left after spending the incubation period and returned to their families and Prof. Ahmed Ghallab visited them in the guesthouse to welcome them in university hostel in Aswan university.
