The thesis was titled &#8220;Deriving Auditory Identity from Some Luxor Folk Songs and Utilizing Them in Teaching Music at the Pre-University Level.&#8221; The examining committee consisted of:<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Mohamed Abdel Hamid Rashed, Professor of Arabic Music at the Faculty of Specific Education, Aswan University, as supervisor, rapporteur, and chair.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Professor. Ayman Mohamed Hassan, Assistant Professor of Arabic Music at the Faculty of Specific Education, Aswan University, as a member and examiner.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Professor.
